The BES Regional Meeting will, this year, be a three day conference, adding to its programme, the postponed Spring Scientific Meeting. The Meeting will take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon. The Meeting will consist of an exciting scientific programme, a poster display on the Thursday, an exhibition, and a Dinner on the Friday night with a live band. SOFT TISSUE MANAGEMENT IN ENDODONTIC MICROSURGERY
Not only the appropriate management of the apical cavity is key to endodontic microsurgery success, also the correct management of the soft tissue is very important. A healthy apical and marginal periodontium should be the aim of this procedure and each step should be carried out thinking about easing the healing of the periodontal tissues. In this conference, different scenarios that we face in endodontic microsurgery will be reviewed and how each step is important for an aesthetic soft tissue healing.

Piezoelectric technology has proven to be effective in several fields of dentistry, the ability to clean and selectively cut hard tissue has allowed it to be used in endodontic microsurgery to carry out precise and conservative approaches.
