Vital Pulp Therapy Masterclass
Friday 4th July 9am to 12:30pm
Preservation of the pulp and therefore maintaining its roles of defending the tooth, allowing continued tooth/root development and proprioception are the key rationale for Vital Pulp Therapy (VPT). Research has demonstrated the predictability of pulp preservation through VPT with appropriate case selection and treatment delivery.
Join us for our inaugural BES ECG Masterclass to delve into VPT from the theory to the hands-on application.
Learning Objectives
- By the end of the Masterclass you will:
- Have knowledge of the rationale for vital pulp therapy
- Understand the different forms vital pulp therapy can take, their indications and how to select appropriate cases
- Appreciate the outcome predictors of treatment
- Know the steps of vital pulp therapy along with practical tips on how to overcome difficulties
- Have had a chance to perform vital pulp therapy on extracted teeth using hydraulic calcium silicate cement and restore these with composite resin

Cancellations will be permitted up until the 20th June minus an administration fee of £25. After that date no refunds will be available unless government requirements necessitate a closure.
