Dr Rahul Goria

Rahul graduated from the University of Manchester in 1998, being awarded the Frank Sutcliffe Memorial Prize in Dentistry. Following a period in Hospital and General Practice, Rahul undertook his specialist training in Endodontics at The Eastman Dental Institute, University College London. During this time he was awarded the Dentsply Maillefer Endodontic Prize for the highest clinical and academic achievement. In 2005 Rahul obtained his Membership in Restorative Dentistry (Endodontics) from The Royal College of Surgeons of England and went on to be registered as a “Specialist in Endodontics” with the General Dental Council. Rahul also worked as a part-time Honorary Lecturer in Endodontology at The Eastman Dental Hospital. He is currently a part-time Clinical Teaching Fellow at the Eastman Dental Institute and leads the Endodontic module for the Diploma in Restorative Dentistry (RCS Eng).
Table Clinic Description
This new era in Endodontics presents us with many choices. With regards to root canal preparation we have a plethora of instruments at our disposal and shaping strategies can take the form of the traditional or more conservative. This table clinic will explore the pros and cons of these shaping strategies to help answer the question of ‘Too Narrow or Not?’
