By Car

Rhodes House does not have visitor car parking, and many Oxford streets are closed to traffic. Parking is extremely limited and expensive. Visitors are encouraged to use the Park and Ride bus services or taxis. For information on car parks see Oxfordshire County Council's website

There are five Park and Ride sites which serve Oxford City Centre. Oxford City Council has information on Park and Ride locations, timetables and fares.

By Train

Oxford Railway Station is a 20-25 minute walk away from Rhodes House. Please use Google Maps to find your way from the station to Rhodes House.

Direct services run from London Paddington to Oxford Station and London Marylebone to Oxford and Oxford Parkway Stations. To plan your journey, see National Rail Enquiries.

By Coach

The Oxford Tube bus is a frequent 24-hour direct service between Oxford and London. For more information on coaches, visit National Express.

Gloucester Green is the central coach station in the city centre. Please use Google Maps to find your way from the station to Rhodes House.

From London Airports

From London Heathrow, take The Airline coach service (24 hour service) or the train via London.

From London Gatwick, take The Airline coach service (24 hour service) or train via Reading.

From London Stansted airport, take the National Express 757 coach service.

By Taxi

Taxi ranks are located at Oxford Railway Station, Gloucester Green Coach Station, and St Giles' in the city centre.

Table Clinics

 

Each Table Clinic will last 25 minutes with 5 minutes for discussion and will be repeated four times at 10.00 – 10.30 hrs, 10.45 – 11.15 hrs, 11.30 – 12.00 hrs, 12.15 – 12.45 hrs.

  They offer an opportunity for close intellectual contact with the speakers and facilitate an environment to ask questions in a small group setting

. These sessions are very much about gaining clinical tips and tricks from highly regarded experts in their field that you can take back to use in your practice the following week.  There is no requirement to pre-book.

Delegate Terms and Conditions

Accommodation is not included in the price of the Delegate Registration and delegates are advised to use the usual booking sites to secure accommodation if required.

Payment must be made prior to a booking being accepted.  A confirmation email will then be received by the delegate. Cancellation within 14 days of the event, no refund can be offered.  Prior to that an administration fee of £50 will be charged.  The BES reserves the right to alter the programme if there are circumstances beyond its control.  

Please note that official photographers and videographers will be present at all organised events including but not limited to conferences, meetings, study days and social events filming videos, lectures and taking photographs.
