Dr Marcela Salamanca

Biography:
Dr Marcela Salamanca Ramos is a dentist with advanced training in Microscopic Endodontics, Apical Surgery and Digital Dentistry. She completed her European Master’s in Endodontics at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid and has since combined clinical practice in Spain, Chile and the UK with an active role in postgraduate education. Marcela lectures internationally, is a Key Opinion Leader for FKG SwissEndo, and currently teaches on Master’s programmes in Endodontics at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and Mississippi University in Madrid. She has authored several publications on endodontic topics and is an active member of the BES, AAE, AEDE and SELA.
Objectives
My Table Clinic will:
•Explore the indications for autotransplantation through discussion of different clinical scenarios, such as trauma cases with poor prognosis.
•Present the step-by-step workflow for autotransplantation, with emphasis on digital planning and the use of 3D-printed guides.
•Discuss the biological advantages of using donor teeth, including when root canal treatment is, or is not, required during these procedures.
•Provide an interactive environment where participants can ask questions and appreciate the predictability of this treatment.
