Dr Dani Mancuso

Dr Dani Mancuso is a Specialist Endodontist and Prosthodontist, and founder and Clinical Director of the Specialist Endodontic Centre, a leading referral practice with locations in Portsmouth and Southampton, alongside a dedicated teaching centre.
She qualified from São Paulo State University, receiving the Maillefer Endodontic Award, and subsequently completed a Master’s degree, PhD, and Postdoctoral training. She is recognised as a specialist in both endodontics and prosthodontics in Brazil and the UK.
Dr Mancuso is the author of the book Endodontic Diagnosis and an internationally recognised lecturer. Through her teaching centre and mentorship programmes, she trains dentists to improve diagnostic accuracy, strengthen clinical decision-making, and develop the confidence and consistency required to practise endodontics at a higher level. She has held academic appointments at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, the University of Warwick, and São Paulo State University.
