The BES Regional Meeting will, this year, be a three day conference, adding to its programme, the postponed Spring Scientific Meeting. The Meeting will take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon. The Meeting will consist of an exciting scientific programme, a poster display on the Thursday, an exhibition, and a Dinner on the Friday night with a live band. Dress Code: Formal or Black Tie
Delegates will have the option of registering for the Thursday only; the Friday and Saturday; or all three days. Please note, the Early Registration Rate will end 23.59 hrs on Wednesday 6th October. Prices will increase by £50 after this date. Unfortunately the hotel is now full for bedroom bookings but there are alternative hotels nearby.
The BES is also taking this opportunity to launch its ‘Early Careers Group’ and as it is keen to address the needs and challenges of those starting their careers. It is hoped that our new Early Career Group (ECG) would be able to provide the platform from which we can continue to promote, educate and advance endodontics.
The ECG is kicking things off with a drink’s reception for all, straight after the first day of action at the next Regional Meeting (Thursday 14th October). Everyone is welcome to join in, show your support, let us know what you think and what we should be doing and in doing so, help guide the future direction of this exciting new group.
Registration for the Meeting is now open. We very much hope that this will be our chance to meet face to face again but we do reserve the right to make changes to the programme, where needed, due to any Covid 19 restrictions. A recording of the event will be available to every registered delegate who attends the meeting to access via the BES website following the event ( subject to approval by individual speakers). The event will not go ahead should any government restrictions on attendance be in place and the BES will refund registration fees paid. The Society cannot, however, be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by delegates such as travel or accommodation.
